Our practice nurses are fully trained to give advice and vaccinations for patients who are about to travel abroad.
Please allow at least a month before travel to ensure there is sufficient time to give the appropriate vaccinations. Please complete the travel risk assessment form, this will need to be completed and returned to the practice before any appointment with the nurse.
